IT ALL BEGAN IN 1964

It all began in 1964. Visionary Rancher, Mark Johnson Carter, had a vision of a 40,000-acre ranch. This ranch would be fed by 27 natural springs. With some of the best land nestled on the western slopes of Big Horn Mountain. The land’s endless potential proved to be as high as the work that needed to be done. So, Mr. Carter moved his young family some, 280 miles from their Bozeman, Montana ranch to Ten Sleep, Wyoming.

This amazing Farm is settled in the western area of the Enormous, Big Horn Mountains. 40,000 wild acres of land, taken care of by 27 regular springs, a mosaic of juniper, red soil, sagebrush, and limestone bluffs. Probably the best regular rangeland on the planet.

Raised as one of eleven youngsters, Richard had acquired a mountain of knowledge about coarseness and confidence. Those equivalent abilities assisted him with riding the changing times when the market was down, and dairy cattle costs were low. Richard is the sole reason the farm is still in the family’s hands right up ’til now.

DEVELOPING THE LAND AND THE TRADITION!

Nowadays, RC and his better half, Annia proceed with the family custom on the farm. They are pioneers in reclassifying regenerative and supportive food creation models. And 100 percent focused on bringing their young family up in the farming ways. Their lives are colored by what they value most; red soil, food, family, and play. Their young men spike their craving to give truly developed food and a childhood suggestive of previous eras.

Let’s Start With the Problems we all face when it comes to our Food:

  • Do you think that the Beef you buy at your Grocery Store is everything you “think it is”? Is it high-quality beef, raised across acres and acres of rich soils, grasses, and grains?
  • The foods that we have access to are usually not the highest in quality. Unfortunately, we have to look to the source, not the SUPERMARKET to get the Quality. And that is what we are bringing to you here. This is the solution for Nutrient Dense Beef!
  • When you take a bite of Beef, do you want the best or do you want Water Pumped “lower quality”. It comes down to that. And you are paying for it. If you are paying less for water-pumped beef per pound, and you are paying for water; are you paying less? Wouldn’t you rather have the REAL STUFF? Fed and raised the way it was intended to be.
  • In the past; before all the new stuff; beef was raised and fed on the open fields, and plains. This is beef fed and raised the old-fashioned way!

SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT:

We are what we eat. And what we eat is what they eat. And so on. In the entire ecosystem. What our food comes from is what we in the end consume. So it matters. Where our Beef Comes From Matters.

MORE IN A CARCASS THAN JUST RIBEYES AND TENDERLOIN!

Old-school butchery is a fading fine art. Talented experts utilized the entire animal with complete regard, expertise, and accuracy. Zeroing in on tracking down the total worth of the entire creature, NOSE TO TAIL. Business food models have propagated that the best cuts just come from the flank. And that consistency and one size fits everything is the direction. This works perfectly in the perfectly tuned symphony that is corporate food, yet contradicts some common norms of nature. Each creature is one-of-a-kind. Individuals come in all shapes and sizes, and so do creatures. While our ribeyes are astounding! You are truly missing out on the experience of so many other cuts, and advantages of the entire carcass.

One cow can be transformed into so many countless astounding cuts at the butcher. Steaks are considered the creme de le creme. Due to planning time and delicacy.
