STOP Using Seed Oils Immediately!!

seed oils

Seed Oils Are Making You Sick. They are all high in Omega-6 fatty acids, which promote inflammation and are linked to various health problems. There really are a lot of concerns about what seed oils can do to your body. The processing methods, fatty acid composition, and the health problems that can occur are astounding.

I really did not know that seed oils are in so many foods that we eat. I have already given up pops and takeout foods. Only get those maybe 3 times a week. We really need to go back into the past and feed ourselves like they did 100 years ago. Use lard or bacon fat to cook with. Make your own butter and mayonnaise, can your vegetables, and store and freeze your foods.

INTERESTING SEED OIL INFORMATION;

Oxidative Stress and Inflammation:

  • Seed oils are prone to oxidation, especially when exposed to high heat during cooking. Oxidized oils can produce harmful compounds like aldehydes and free radicals, which may increase oxidative stress and inflammation, contributing to health issues.

High Omega-6 Fatty Acid Content:

  • Many seed oils, such as soybean, sunflower, and corn oil, are high in omega-6 fatty acids. While omega-6s are essential for health, excessive consumption, especially in relation to omega-3s, may promote inflammation in the body. Chronic inflammation is linked to various health conditions like heart disease, obesity, and autoimmune disorders.

Highly Processed Nature:

  • Most commercial seed oils undergo extensive processing, including chemical extraction, bleaching, and deodorizing. This processing can destroy beneficial nutrients and introduce chemical residues, potentially affecting health.

Trans Fats Formation:

  • Some seed oils contain trans fats or can form trans fats during processing and heating. Trans fats are well-known for their harmful effects on cardiovascular health and can increase the risk of heart disease.

Impact on Metabolic Health:

  • High consumption of seed oils has been associated with metabolic issues such as insulin resistance and obesity. This is partly due to their high omega-6 content and the disruption of the balance between omega-6 and omega-3 fatty acids.

Potential Endocrine Disruption:

  • Some studies suggest that components of seed oils might act as endocrine disruptors, potentially interfering with hormone function, though more research is needed to confirm these effects.

It’s worth noting that the evidence is not entirely conclusive, and more research is needed to understand seed oils’ health impacts fully. Moderation and a balanced diet, incorporating a variety of healthy fats, are key to mitigating potential risks.

The health problems you can get from Seed Oils and other product additives are unbelievable. They truly can reset your brain to believing that they are good for you. Yes, you saw that right. They can actually make you more stupid than you have ever been. some actually have Arsenic in them. OMG!! They are trying to kill us.

Read the labels before you purchase anything. You will find that everything that is processed has sugars seed oils and arsenic in it. We must go back to the old ways of preparing our foods with good oils. Our ancestors lived longer healthier lives living on lard, bacon fat and butter. Personally, I have been using bacon fat and butter to cook with for a lot of years. I hardly ever use seed oils to cook with.

Of course, they are going to put the seed oils in things and change the name so be sure and find out what the names they are using to fool us are.

MORE PROBLEMS WITH SEED OILS

The problem isn’t necessarily the seeds themselves, it is the way the oils are extracted. You see, if the oil is made just by pressing the seeds, that would be the perfect way but it is extremely costly. So the manufacturer, trying to keep his costs down, will use a chemical extraction process and some will even use a synthetic process like bleaching. Who wants to eat bleach? When they are doing the extraction they most likely will add preservatives and additives to the oils. Let us all start shopping Seed Oil Free.

We want to avoid Omega-6 fats in our cooking oils! We absolutely must replace them with Saturated Fats for cooking oils such as extra virgin olive oil and avocado oil for making our dressings.

Another problem you will find is heating seed oils or actually, reheating them. At home, you are likely only heating them one time and that is perfect. But Restaurants. and fast food places reheat the oils several times, which, produces polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons which are carcinogenic when consumed, but are also very dangerous to breathe in when cooking.

I used to work in a restaurant and I know that it is impossible not to inhale them oils when cooking

IN LIGHT OF THE FACTS ABOVE

Seed oils are not the best way to go unless you know that they are only pressed with no additives or preservatives added. The problem is real, the ability to fix the problem is not easy but is necessary.
