DIRT TRACK RACING

Dirt Track racing is a passion of mine. I want to share that with my viewers. Knowing one of my passions helps you get to know a little about me as well.

Dirt Track Racing fun is not just a sport, and it is a very unique and loving, caring family. I have been going to dirt tracks for over 30 years. First, I was a spectator, then pit crew, and finally, a driver.

Divisions of Racing are different at every track. Here you will see what my home track has. We have 4 divisions but once a year we have 2 extra that come to race.

RACING PARTS are always in demand. Whether you have a car for dirt or asphalt you are going to need parts. You can find them all over the country. The major part sellers or representatives for them. And it is not only racing parts but racing gear also.

SAFETY EQUIPMENT is a significant part of racing in any class or division. There are so many facets to safety, and we need every one of them. I even have a very dear friend who has developed a new safe car lift that holds up to 4500 pounds. Let’s see what we can find!

SPONSORS, for any racer, is something needed to keep your budget at a manageable level. Racing is fun, exhilarating, and sometimes crazy. But there is nothing like it. Sponsors can be local businesses or race car parts and service companies. Each one will sponsor you in different ways, and some will give you money for their business to be on your car. Others will provide you with parts and services for their name on your car. Whatever they offer, it is always a huge help.

Winter is not the favorite time of year for local racers in the North. For us, our racing stops in September. Of course for the guys with more money they can find tracks to race at till November.
