This is something that is fun, fulfilling, and a great way to earn money. I have Complex PTSD, Depression, and Anxiety. I have found that working on this has helped me to keep my attacks at bay. My medications have been reduced and my episodes are fewer and fewer. That is because my brain has something else to focus on, and it works well for me.
